Operation German Bierfest

As part of the Navy's off-season training program, Operation German Bierfest was designed to improve Sailors special ops skills such as the Advanced Chicken Dance Maneuver, Acid Alphorn Attack and Emergency Yodeling Technique. In addition, this mission was yet again to push the Navy's fuel intake capabilities to the maximum (albeit on a inferior non-Fosters fuel).

The Operation was conducted undercover at the German Bierfest, held annually at the Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui. Accompanied by international observers who monitored the operation, elite crew members of the Liechtenstein Princely Navy started to infiltrate the proceedings as the Lowenbrau fuel intake was rapidly accelerated.

Special credit goes to Sailor Erica who brazenly sprung a surprise attack on the unsuspecting "Notenhoblers" on stage to blow their alphorn for Prince and Country. Despite a very courageous performance she was eventually blown out of the competition (literally) by a woman three times her size.

There was also a "man down" incident as newly recruited Apprentice Sailor Steve was crudely hit on the head by a beer mug torpedo. He eventually recovered from the injury, which was treated with ample supplies of Lowenbrau.
